POAuth V2 - Privacy statement

PRIVACY STATEMENT according to GDPR 2016/679 art.13.

Data really powers everything that we do.

1. Data controller

The data controller is POAuth V2. The interested party can send an email to info@poauth.it in order to excercise their rights.

2. Purpose of the treatment

Data is collected to provide a service, for the execution of a contract, to respond to a request or following a spontaneous user interaction. The provision is optional. Do not provide data will prevent or limit the the service or the execution of the contract with the interested party.

Personal data will also be used for the following purposes:
  • sending technical, informative or functional communications;
  • promotional activities to improve the offered service;
  • market research and quality control within the service.

Browsing data relating to IP address, date and time of access, request URL are also collected anonymously. These data are collected for statistical purposes, to check the correct functioning of the services, for security reasons and to comply with the regulations in force. This data is not transmitted to third parties.

3. Recipients of personal data

Personal data may be disclosed to third parties for the purpose of processing. The website could use Google Analitics to improve the use of the website. Google Analitics privacy.

4. Conservation

Personal data is stored for an unlimited period of time, following the owner's discretion. Where applicable, they are kept for the minimum period provided for by the law. Access tracks are kept for 6 months.

Data is stored in the European Union.

5. Rights of the interested party

The interested party has the right to ask the Data Controller for access to their personal data, the correction, the deletion, the limitation of the processing or to oppose the processing, the data portability. These requests will be performed according the law.

6. Supervisory Authority

The interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

7. Data profiling

Personal data is not subjected to automated processes, such as profiling.

8. Purpose of data processing

Personal data will not be processed for different purposes which they were collected.
